When my aunt hosts Thanksgiving at her house in Montauk, she makes the place cards out of rocks from her beach. So creative! They also make great holiday keepsakes – I keep mine on a little soap dish in my bathroom!
I love the idea of using gold acorns as a thanksgiving accent. All you need is a can of gold spray paint and some acorns and you are ready to impress…. If you are not one for arts and crafts you can buy the acorns pictured by clicking the link above.

Take a tip from Martha and make custom place cards using mini pumpkins, some paper, a gold pen and the same can of spray paint you used for the acorns above (If you haven’t guessed already I am a big fan of spray paint).
