KRIS Likes … The Color Green

“He had that curious love of green, which in individuals is always the sign of a subtle artistic temperament.” –Oscar Wilde, Irish Playwright, Novelist, Poet, Short Story Writer and Freemason

Miles Redd

Since today is St Patricks day and the streets are filled with the gaudy use of green; I thought it would be nice to show you the many chic ways in which this favorite color of mine can be used. Hopefully, the pictures below will leave you all green with envy!  Enjoy!

KRIS Likes… Things that inspire

“When something is irresistible, you should buy it. Pictures, objects, and furnishings that speak to you tend to speak to each other, creating improbably wonderful harmonies.”  – Mary McDonald, Mary McDonald Interiors: The Allure of Style

I just spent the weekend putting up my new inspiration board (or wall) in my office.  There are few things in life that give me as much pleasure and satisfaction as creating a whole wall filled with images of things I love and admire; things that make me happy and inspire me to be creative and create beautiful things.  It is the gift that keeps on giving and growing!  Due to life’s many obligations, it has been awhile since my last post.  There have been so many things I have been inspired to share and haven’t gotten the chance too.  Therefore, it seemed fitting to post something that included all of the things I have fallen in love with since my last post…  Or at least a good majority of them!  This will be the first time I have shared personal photo’s but now seemed like as good a time as any!   I hope you enjoy them as much as I do – although, nothing is better than creating your own…

Photos from the inspiration board currently in my office….
